English Buddy provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including but not limited to learning materials, forums, and personalized content through its network of properties (the "Service"). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for English Buddy to provide the Service.
Users agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users are solely responsible for their conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that they submit, post, and display on the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of English Buddy and its licensors.
English Buddy may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
English Buddy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
